General Informations

The new C-Cat 56, scheduled to launch in July 2027, will preserve the same spirit as the C-Cat 65, featuring the sleek, flowing lines that have become a signature of the br and. Designed by François Pérus and Amadio & Partners, it represents the ideal size for comfortably cruising the world, whether with family or friends. Spacious, modern, and welcoming below deck, the C-Cat 56 is easy to handle and highly reliable both under sail and during maneuvers.

Two versions will be available: the Gran Turismo, with twin aft helm stations and d aggerboards, and the Itinere, featuring a raised central helm and mini keels.

The yacht has been designed to perform efficiently even when sailing upwind, quickly regaining balance without losing too much speed. Speed remains one of the defining features of C-Cat catamarans, which are built to take advantage of every puff of wind, deliver fast acceleration, and keep the bows from burying in rough seas. Powerful yet elegant, the C-Cat 56 is a multihull that combines comfort, safety, and the sheer plea sure of sailing, always ready to tack smoothly in any condition.

The hull is built in epoxy–Corecell composite, infused with multiaxial glass and carbon fabrics to ensure exceptional strength and lightness. The deck and bimini are also made of epoxy–Corecell composite, infused entirely with carbon fabric for maximum rigidity and performance. The main bulkheads are constructed in carbon composite, while the remaining ones are in epoxy composite. Mast, daggerboards, crossbeam, compression beam, and bowsprit are all made of carbon, highlighting the boat’s advanced engineering and focus on performance.

Designers Pérus and Amadio & Partners have developed the project with a comprehensive approach, seeking the perfect balance between interior and exterior spaces. They maintained high standards of comfort and livability while expressing the innovative, sporty lines typical of the catamarans built in Fiumicino. Interior and exterior space s are designed to interact seamlessly, both functionally and ergonomically. The feeling of enclosure that can occur in some cabins is eliminated by large panoramic windows that visually connect the interior with the surrounding sea.

The exterior design is defined by clean, dynamic lines that give the yacht a contempo rary and sporty look. The helm stations are fully integrated in both versions, envelopi ng and perfectly positioned for excellent all-round visibility.

Many of the solutions introduced on the C-Cat 65 have been refined to optimize the deck layout, creating a clear and obstacle-free passage from stern to bow and increasing the livable space in the large saloon. The open design reflects the catamaran’s convivial spirit: the wide entrance to the saloon creates a seamless flow between the co ckpit and the interior, forming a single, bright open-space area.

Inside, the atmosphere combines sportiness with warmth. The use of natural wood, soft-touch finishes, recycled carbon details, and solid surface materials achieves a perfect balance of lightness, elegance, and modern design.
